As well as presenting the colourful Shakespearian settings of the Songs of Ariel by Frank Martin, the choir will sing a selection of items from Rachmaninov’s much-loved setting of the All-Night Vigil. The concert concludes with James MacMillan’s deeply moving setting of Psalm 51 Miserere mei.
